What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience with data mining for lead generation

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a database for the Demand Generation and Email Marketing departments.
• Research and comprehend the real estate industry in order to identify high-quality leads with the assistance of the Sales & Marketing team.
• Obtain and implement feedback from stakeholders on the quality of leads on a regular basis.
• Constantly improve database sources and data extraction techniques.
• Construct data mining processes, technologies, and materials.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

• Microsoft Excel
• Data mining tools for lead generation
• Scrapping tools and techniques
• Knowledge of sales intelligence platforms (Zoominfo, Apollo.io, etc)
• Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus
• Python is a plus

How will you contribute to the results of the company:

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
